Do you design everything in Figma first?

Yes. Every build starts with full Figma designs before development starts.

How involved do we need to be during the project?

We keep it simple: a kickoff call, a few review points, and fast approvals.

Can you work with our existing brand or designer?

Yes. We can use your brand guidelines or collaborate with your designer.

Do you handle the messaging and structure?

Yes. We help refine your value prop, page structure and key copy.

How much do projects cost?

Pricing depends on scope. Most clients choose packages starting from $4,500 and $9,500.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. You can split payments across agreed milestones.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Everything is outlined upfront in your proposal.

What is your refund policy?

If we do not deliver what we promised in the agreed scope, you do not pay for it. We fix it at our cost. We do not offer no questions asked refunds because our work is custom. But we guarantee you will receive exactly what is in your proposal at the quality you expect. If we fall short on something outlined in the scope, we put it right fast.

Do you charge ongoing fees?

Only if you choose maintenance. Otherwise you fully own the site.

Do I need to know Webflow to manage my site?

No. We build everything with clean components and provide a handover video.

Do you connect analytics, tracking and SEO basics?

Yes. We set up GA4, tracking, SEO basics and CMS structure.

Will the site be fast and SEO-friendly?

Yes. We optimise speed, structure and all key technical elements.

Do you help migrate content from an old site?

Nexaflow started as a Webflow agency run by two brothers who spent years in enterprise IT watching businesses waste money on fragmented, overpriced creative work. What exactly is a "design retainer"?

A design retainer is a fixed monthly subscription that gives you access to a dedicated design team. Instead of briefing a new freelancer every time you need something, you have one team that already knows your brand, your goals and your standards. You pay one fixed price every month and submit design requests whenever you need them.

How does the one-request-at-a-time model work?

You submit one design request at a time through your dedicated account manager. We scope it, kick it off and deliver it. Once it is done and approved, your next request starts immediately. On the Dominate plan you can have two active requests running simultaneously. There is no cap on how many requests you submit per month, you just move through them one at a time.

Can my first request on Grow be a full website build?

Yes. A full Webflow website is submitted as your active design request. Most clients on the Grow plan use their first month to get their website built, then move into ongoing requests from month two. That single request alone is worth $5,000+ as a one-off project.

What does "pause or cancel anytime" actually mean?

Exactly that. If you have a quiet month, you can pause your subscription and resume when you need it. If you want to cancel, you cancel. No minimum terms, no penalties, no awkward conversations. We earn your business every single month.

How quickly am I onboarded after signing up?

Within 24 hours. We get your account set up, schedule a short onboarding call to learn your brand and your goals, and you can submit your first brief the same day. No waiting weeks to get started.

How do revisions work?

Every request includes unlimited revisions. We iterate until it is exactly right, no counting rounds, no extra charges for feedback. If you want something changed, you tell us and we change it. Simple.

Do I need to commit to a minimum number of months?

No minimum term on any plan. That said, clients who stay longer get significantly more value because we know their brand deeply and can move faster. The first month is always the slowest, things compound from month two onwards.

Can I use multiple services in the same month?

Yes. Your requests can span any service included in your plan. One month you might request a website page, the next a pitch deck, the month after that a social media template. You are not locked into one discipline, you use whatever your business needs most right now.

Is SEO included in the Grow plan?

No. SEO is only included on the Dominate plan. On Present and Grow, SEO is available as a standalone campaign from $2,000/month running alongside your retainer. We keep it separate because a full SEO campaign requires dedicated resource that goes beyond the standard retainer scope.

What is the difference between a one-off project and the retainer?

A one-off project is a single piece of work, you pay for it, we deliver it, the relationship ends. A retainer is an ongoing partnership where we handle everything your business needs month after month at a fixed price. The retainer almost always works out significantly cheaper per project once you factor in how much you need month to month.
